From a very young age, Bill Cook had run-ins with the paranormal. Ghostly encounters involving a small ball randomly rolling across a room to unexplained voices being heard late at night. Strange and bizarre experiences would find Bill in his formative years, like discovering a room in a new house filled with dismembered and disfigured dolls forgotten by the previous owner.
