The Bellaire House Is Haunted.

The Bellaire House sits on what is known as a Leyline. This means there is a consistent wellspring of paranormal activity that goes all through the house. A virtual sping of ghosts coming back from the dead. Located in the Ohio Valley, numerous coal mine blasts have happened near the Bellaire House. With this, numerous lives have been lost. The Bellaire House itself sits on what is known as Coal Mine #1. A man named Jacob Heatherington once claimed the majority of the coal mines in the Ohio Valley.

Ghosts of The Bellaire House

Behind the house sits a Native American internment area. In front of the house lies the Ohio River. As dark spirits are removed from the house, more seem to return time and time again. There is also believed to be a child soul staying inside the Bellaire House. Her name is Emily Davis. She used to play at the Bellaire House when she was a kid. Through research, Rebecca Stamm-Gardner and Kristin Lee discovered there was additionally a second Emily Davis at the home.

For whatever reason, the house seems to draw individuals who have similar first and last names. One Emily Davis was known to have suffocated. The other Emily Davis was known as a close companion to the first owner of the land. Emily likes to talk through EVP’s and on the Ghost Box. She jumps at the chance to illuminate what she views as the “beautiful hues ” of a K2 meter.

At Home in The House

Kristin Lee, the current owner of the house was affected by two floods which left her family homeless. After they moved into the home they saw “odd” things. Kristin Lee blamed everything except for paranormal until the point when it was impossible to deny. One night as she lay in bed, Kristin was assaulted and her dog was tossed against the wall. At this point, Kristin Lee connected with Ohio Valley Paranormal Research Investigations and began to better understand just what was going on in her home.
